Shop Pro  ,
you can download the shareware version from here
. This tutorial was made by ver.PSP9 ,
but this can be made easy with earlier versions too..
EyeCandy 4000, you can download a demo
version from here and install it to your Plugin folder,
all other functions are available in the software. I assume
rather good base-knowledge of using this program ))))
Please do not forget to save often!

1. step
Open new 400x400 pix /res: 72 transparent
image. Foreground colour : #8a1b2b, Background
colour : #98172d.
Draw a circle with "Preset
shape tool", as large that it almost fill the layer,
leave some empty places for deform.

2. step
Duplicat this layer two times,
and resize 2 of them to 70 % and 60% ,the smallest is
on the top )))....

3.step
On the Layer palette hide two upper
ones, so we work on the bottom layer.
Effect/Distorsion Effect/Wave as
you see on the picture.

4. step
Select the image on the middle
layer, hide it, and step on bottom layer and cut out it's
centre . Deselect.

5. step
Effect/Plugins/EyeCandy4000/Bevel
Emboss - Setting Inner bevel - profile : Hump, setup as
you see on the picture.

6.step
On the layer palette unhide the
middle layer.
Effect/Plugins/ Eye Candy 4000/Bevel
Emboss/Inner Bevel/Hump with settings you see on the thumbnails.
Shadow colour is #4f091d

7. step
Repeat 6. step on the top
layer too...
Arrange layers, move down the middle
layer, and with "Deform Tool" make it little
larger, as much that the edge fits smootly to the inner
hole.

8. step
You can insert a dingbat image or letter into the centre
of the image.
On a new
layer I used heart preset shape.

9.step
I applied Effect/EyeCandy400/Bevel
Emboss - Setting - Inner Bevel, Cutaround as picture shown.

10. step
"Layers/Merge/Merge Visible"
Your waxseal is ready now, but
if you would like little more realistic effect, than do
next steps.

11.step
Duplicate merged layer and add
9 pix noise, reduce opacy around 50% .

12.step
Duplicate merged layer again and
select only the image.
Effect/ArtMedia Effect/Brush Strokes
as you see on the picture. Deselect.
Reduce opacy to around 35-40%.
Move this layer to top.
Merge visible. If you think that
image is large, than resize, and do not forget to sharpe.
Save your image as pspimage or
tube for further use ))))

Voila!
Your waxseal is ready now!
